Abstract
Concurrent Secondary syphilis and Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) presenting with liver dysfunction is exceedingly rare, warranting detailed examination and documentation. Syphilis, a sexually transmitted infection, and PBC, an autoimmune liver disease, rarely coexist, let alone concurrently manifesting liver complications. Our case report delves into the intricacies of such a unique presentation, highlighting the challenges in diagnosis, management, and the implications for patient care.
