Abstract
Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) Astrocytopathy is a relatively new and poorly recognized autoimmune cause of meningoencephalomyelitis. Our case highlights the challenging nature of diagnosing this rare condition as its broad constellation of radiographic findings and spectrum of presentation may mimic many other etiologies of encephalopathy, particularly infectious causes such as Tuberculosis meningitis.
